Arrabona EGTC

The two-aisle church dedicated to Saint James dates back to the Middle Ages. Its aisle with the stone-framed western gate is Romanesque, but the arched, space that was converted into two aisles and is still standing is Gothic in style. The sanctum, enclosed by five sides of the octagon is the same age as the reconstructed aisle.

Museum Ancient Gerulata outdoor exhibition

A collection of artifacts from Roman times in the town of Oroszvár located on the limes. The limes road divided into two branches east of Carnuntum. The real limes road continued to follow the Danube whilst the other circumvented the Hainburg mountain from the south and headed straight for Ad flexum. Along the other road, we will soon arrive at the fort of Gerulata (Oroszvár-Rusovce) located in modern day Slovakia. Ágost Sőtér identified Gerulata over 100 years ago. The fort stands in the northwestern part of modern-day Rusovce not far from the old Danube riverbed.
